We offer standard 3-4 business day free shipping on all orders over $150 in the U.S.

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S:
USPS Ground - Delivery in 2 to 5 Business Days via USPS

Please allow at least 3-4 business days for processing before orders ship. In most cases orders will ship within 1 business day.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact the carrier's Customer Service to investigate.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Please contact info@maydcosmetics.com immediately to cancel your order if the wrong shipping address has been entered.

Please note, MAYD Cosmetics is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe your item was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.
