Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During sales, peak, or holiday periods, processing times may extend to 5-10 business days, including expedited orders.

U.S. Shipping Options:

• UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days
• UPS Next Day: 1 business day
  
  Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to ship the same business day (for express shipping). Orders placed after will ship the next business day.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us by email or the carrier's Customer Service to directly.

In most cases, shipping addresses cannot be changed and we can only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Please contact info@maydcosmetics.com immediately if you notice you've entered the wrong address and we will do our best to assist. If your order is already in the hands of the courier, we are unable to cancel the order.

At this time, all sales are considered FINAL and we unfortunately do not offer exchanges. or returns.

Please note, MAYD Cosmetics is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe your item was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. You may reach out to us by email and we will do our best to assist.

At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed.
